Recently, a batch of standardized field emergency shelters has been successively completed in multiple mountainous areas and suburban regions, providing emergency refuge protection for outdoor activity participants and nearby residents, and effectively safeguarding people's lives and property.

It is reported that these shelters are distributed along accident-prone suburban parks and hiking trails. Constructed with weather-resistant materials, each shelter is equipped with basic first-aid kits, emergency lighting, and communication devices. Capable of accommodating 5-8 people for temporary refuge, they can effectively respond to outdoor emergencies such as sudden weather changes and getting lost.

Relevant responsible persons stated that the construction of this network focuses on the needs of the "golden rescue period," with rational layout ensuring that help-seekers can reach a safe refuge within 1 hour. Daily maintenance is undertaken by local administrative departments, which regularly replenish material reserves.

Currently, the first batch of 20 field shelters has been put into use, and their navigation data is being integrated into the regional emergency management platform. This initiative has significantly improved the level of outdoor activity support, building a life defense line in areas with poor mobile communication signals.
